§ 10-560. Penalties.

  • (a)

    It shall be illegal and an offense for any person to move or cause to be moved any residence, building or structure into or within the city which does not comply with the requirements of this article and without having paid the fees and obtained the permits provided for in this article.

    (b)

    In addition to any other penalties provided for in section 1-13, should any person violate any of the provisions of this article, the city council may either revoke or suspend any license issued to such person under the provisions of this article, for such length of time as in its discretion shall deem necessary, and its decision shall be final. Notification of such revocation and suspension shall be given in writing by the mayor to the person holding such license.
