§ 10-652. Determination.
Upon receiving an application for a permit to demolish or relocate a building or structure within the Downtown Historic Core from a person or entity other than a state, city, county or federal government fee simple owner, the building official shall determine whether the building or structure is 50 years old or older, or is situated in an historic district or is an historic landmark. The building official shall determine if demolition review under this section is required by examining building permit applications for buildings described in section 10-632. For the purposes of this review, the term "on-site relocation" means the relocation of the building on the current building site. The term "off-site relocation" also means the relocation of the building off the current building site.
