§ 10-709. Irrigation systems damage within the public right-of-way.

  • The city shall not be held liable for any damage of any system, which results from the installation or repair of, or improvement of any street or utility. Any homeowner or irrigator who installs a lawn sprinkler system between the curb and sidewalk or elsewhere within the public right-of-way shall likewise hold the city harmless against any claim or injury to persons or damage to property that any member of the public may suffer by reason of installation of said lawn sprinkler system between said curb and sidewalk or within the public right-of-way.
