§ 12-1. Payment of fees and other amounts.

Prior to any permits or licenses being issued under any city ordinance or pursuant to this Code, the applicant, or the owner of the premises for which the license or permit is being applied, must not be in arrears to the city for taxes (other than ad valorem taxes), water, sewer or garbage fees, or any other fees due the city except when a payment schedule has been approved by the city for the payment of the delinquent taxes, charges or fees.
