§ 12-151. Application—Required; fee.

To obtain a taxicab driver's license or renewal of a taxicab driver's license, a person must file with the department a nonrefundable application fee of $10.00 and a completed written application on a form provided for the purpose. The director shall require each application to state such information as he considers necessary to determine whether an applicant is qualified.
