§ 12-204. Displaying rate card.

(a)

A holder shall provide the driver for each taxicab, operating under its authority, a printed card or sticker containing the approved rates of fare of the holder. The form and content of the card or sticker are subject to regulation by the director.

(b)

While operating a taxicab for hire, a driver shall, in a manner approved by the director, prominently display two rate cards or stickers inside the taxicab and two rate cards or stickers outside the taxicab so that they can be easily read by passengers.
