§ 12-975. Nondiscrimination in retail electric provider registration requirements.

The city shall not establish registration requirements that are different for any retail electric provider (REP) or type of retail electric provider or that impose any disadvantage or confer any preference on any retail electric provider or type of retail electric provider. However, the city may exclude from its registration requirement a retail electric provider that provides service only to the city's own electric accounts and not to any residents of the city.
