§ 12-543. Contents of application.

In addition to subdivision I, division 2 of this article, the application shall include the following:

(1)

The number of persons expected to attend the mass gathering and, if necessary, the plan which the applicant intends to use to limit attendance to this number;

(2)

A description of all steps taken to assure that minimum standards of sanitation and health will be maintained during the mass gathering;

(3)

A description of the preparations made to supervise minor persons who may attend the mass gathering;

(4)

The names and addresses of any performers who have agreed to appear and their agents and a description of any agreements reached with these performers; and

(5)

The city may require a financial statement reflecting all funds which are being supplied to finance the mass gathering and who supplied them.
