§ 12-620. Required.

No person shall drive, operate, or cause to be operated, nor shall any person employ, permit, or allow another person to drive, operate, or cause to be operated, any wrecker over any street in the city, for the purpose of providing wrecker services for compensation without first having obtained from the city, a permit authorizing such operation and act of said wrecker.
