§ 12-624. Fee; permit nontransferable.

(a)

The fee for any application pursuant to this article shall be the sum of $25.00 per annum for each wrecker to be operated by the applicant to be paid upon the filing of the application.

(b)

All permits issued shall expire on December 31 of the year in which they were issued, said permit shall not be transferable, and no permit shall be used on any wrecker vehicle other than the one for which it was issued.
