§ 12-626. Suspension.

Any permit issued under the provisions of this article shall be automatically suspended when the insurance required by section 12-623 has been changed so as to no longer comply with the requirements of section 12-623 or has been canceled. Such permits shall be reinstated only upon the filing of a new policy meeting the requirements of section 12-623.
