§ 12-763. Pushing or towing vehicles excepted from prohibitions of article.

  • Vehicles may be pushed or towed by another vehicle (except by a wrecker for compensation) only when they do not reasonably require removal by a wrecker and only when such may be done in a safe manner so as not to endanger people or property. Such removal is exempted from the provisions of this article, except section 12-760.
