§ 12-858. Toilet and plumbing fixtures and facilities.

(a)

Toilet fixtures and facilities shall be provided in accordance with the city plumbing code.

(b)

The temperature of any water available to the occupants or patrons of a child care center shall conform with all applicable state regulations.

(c)

Each lavatory shall be provided with both hot water and cold water.

(d)

Toilet tissue, paper towels, clean cloths, and soap shall be available at all times for the use of occupants and patrons.
