There is hereby adopted by the city, for establishing rules and regulations for food
service operations and establishments in the city, the rules on food service sanitation,
25 TAC §§ 229.161, 229.171, 229.173—229.175, as promulgated and adopted by the state
board of health. A copy of said rules is attached to the ordinance from which this
article is derived and is incorporated by reference as if fully set forth in this
article and is on file in the city secretary's office.
