§ 12-1102. Applicability.

(a)

Food service establishments that serve, sell or distribute only prepackaged foods and/or foods which are not potentially hazardous may be exempted from these requirements by the regulatory authority.

(b)

The building official may waive or modify the requirements of this article for temporary food service establishments, special facilities and/or events.
