§ 22-1. Abandoning refrigerators, iceboxes.
It shall be unlawful and an offense for any person to leave or permit to remain outside of any dwelling, building or other structure, or within any unoccupied or abandoned building, dwelling or structure under his or its control in a place accessible to children any icebox, refrigerator or other container which has an airtight door, lid, snap lock or other locking device which may not be released from the inside, except for commercial ice storage units and commercial beverage units.
