§ 22-103. Enforcement procedure.

Any police officer, upon finding a minor in violation of the provisions of this division, may transfer the case to proper authorities for handling under the provisions of V.T.C.A., Family Code title 3. In addition, a complaint may be filed against the parents or the operator of an establishment in municipal court for violation hereof. The police department shall file all necessary legal papers, supply all necessary documents, and provide necessary testimony as required, for pursuing violation of the provisions of this division by either the minor or by any parent or guardian.
