Chapter 24. MOBILE HOMES, MANUFACTURED HOMES AND PARKS |
Article II. PERMITS |
§ 24-25. Required; application; fee.
(a)
It shall be unlawful for any person to construct, alter or extend any mobile home park within the limits of the city unless he has a valid permit issued by the building inspector of the city in the name of such person for the specific construction, alteration or extension proposed. All applications for a permit shall contain the following:
(1)
The name and address of the applicant.
(2)
The location and legal description of the mobile home park.
(3)
The name and address of the property owner.
(4)
A subdivision plat in accordance with the city's subdivision regulations (chapter 38 of this Code) which shall include a lot layout showing the following:
a.
Date, scale, north point, name of owner and name of person preparing plan.
b.
Location of existing boundaries and dimensions of the tract.
c.
Location and width of driveways used for ingress and egress.
d.
Location and width of private streets and circulation within the park.
e.
Location of permanent structures and accessory structures.
f.
Location, dimensions and front, rear and side yard setbacks of all lots.
g.
Type of construction, location and height of all screening devices.
h.
Designation of parking, recreational and landscaped areas.
i.
A proposed landscape plan.
j.
Any other information deemed necessary by the city's administrative staff.
(b)
All applications shall be accompanied by the deposit of a fee of $25.00.
