§ 24-62. Approved drainage; sanitary compliance of community and recreation buildings; minimum dimensions; garbage and waste removal facilities; electrical outlets.

  • (a)

    Each mobile home/manufactured home park shall be located on a lot or tract of land properly graded to ensure proper drainage. An underground storm sewer system shall be provided to be approved by the city engineer.

    (b)

    All community and recreation buildings in the mobile home/manufactured home park shall be maintained in a clean, sightly condition and kept free of any condition that will menace the health of any occupant or the public or constitute a nuisance.

    (c)

    The minimum area of a mobile home lot shall be 5,000 square feet for a mobile home up to 14 feet in width and up to 60 feet in length shall be required to be placed on a lot of not less than 7,000 square feet. The minimum width and length for 5,000-square foot lots shall be 50 feet and 100 feet respectively. The minimum width and length for 7,000-square foot lots shall be 60 feet and 100 feet respectively.

    (d)

    The collection of waste and garbage shall be done at each mobile home/manufactured home lot.

    (e)

    Each mobile home/manufactured home lot shall be supplied with an adequate power supply to meet all applicable city codes.
