§ 26-48. Established; powers and duties; vacancy.

(a)

The position of city traffic director is hereby established. The city traffic director shall be the city engineer and shall exercise the powers and duties with respect to traffic as provided in this chapter.

(b)

When the position of city traffic director is vacant the police chief shall serve as city traffic director.
