§ 26-182. Scope.

(a)

These regulations applicable to bicycles shall apply whenever a bicycle is operated upon any highway or upon any path set aside for the exclusive use of bicycles subject to those exceptions stated in this division.

(b)

All provisions of this division applicable to bicycles also apply to a moped, electric bicycle and motor-assisted bicycles unless because of their nature they can have no application to those vehicles.
