§ 26-186. Clinging to vehicles prohibited.

No person riding upon any bicycle, coaster, sled or toy vehicle or using roller skates shall attach either the person or the bicycle, coaster, sled, toy vehicle, or roller skates to any streetcar or vehicle upon a roadway.
