§ 26-220. Restricted use.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for anyone to roller skate, inline skate, use a coaster, toy vehicle, any similarly situated device or to ride a skateboard in any public plaza, building or parking lot owned, leased or operated by the city, where it is posted that it is prohibited.

    (b)

    It is unlawful for a parent to allow or permit a child to roller skate, inline skate, use a coaster, toy vehicle, any similarly situated device or to ride a skateboard in any public plaza, building or parking lot owned, leased or operated by the city, where it is posted that it is prohibited.

    (c)

    It is presumed that a parent allowed a child to roller skate, inline skate, use a coaster, toy vehicle, any similarly situated device or to ride a skateboard in any public plaza, building or parking lot owned, leased or operated by the city, where it is posted that it is prohibited.
