§ 28-62. Schedule of fines for class C misdemeanors.

(a)

The municipal court judge is hereby authorized to establish and promulgate a schedule of fines for all class C misdemeanors for which the municipal has jurisdiction. The municipal court judge is also authorized to amend said schedule of fines from time to time as necessity dictates.

(b)

The fine schedule so established shall be used by the court clerk for "window" payments and be a guide for the judge. Said schedule shall at all times be available for public inspection in the court clerk's office and the office of the city secretary.
