§ 2-76. Composition; terms; selection of officers.

The board will consist of seven members. Terms shall be for two years with four appointees to initial two-year terms and three appointees to initial one-year terms. From its membership, the board will select the chairperson, vice-chairperson and secretary. Membership shall be by appointment of the mayor and city council.
