§ 30-123. Guidelines.

(a)

The following are the rules and/or guidelines for The Harbor Public Area:

(1)

The hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. daily.

(2)

The Harbor Public Area is closed to the public outside of posted hours of operation.

(3)

Boat docks are closed to the public outside of posted hours of operation. Exemptions are by city permit only.

(4)

Wading or swimming in fountain basins is prohibited.

(5)

The operation of skateboards, scooters, rollerblades and/or bicycles is prohibited.

(6)

No fishing is permitted.

(7)

Climbing on rails and other barriers is prohibited.

(b)

The established use for the city-owned parking lots at The Harbor Public Area is that they are utilized solely for the purpose of the parking of motor vehicles by the public provided that the city manager or his designee may grant exceptions to this established use.
