§ 30-128. Activities requiring permits.

The city shall promulgate application and permit forms that are required or authorized by this policy, and the parks and recreation staff shall issue permits consistent with the city parks policy. Permits are required for the following uses:
(1)

Distribution and sale of alcoholic beverages.

(2)

Concerts/sound amplification.

(3)

Use of fireworks, firecrackers and explosives.

(4)

Carnivals.

(5)

Commercial activity.

(6)

Special event
