§ 34-3. Owners, occupants to dispose of heavy accumulations of bulky materials.

Heavy accumulations of brick, concrete, lumber, cinders, automobile frames, rock, excavation dirt, scrap building material, construction or remodeling materials, large dead animals, industrial wastes or byproducts and other bulky materials shall be disposed of by the owner or the person in charge.
