§ 34-31. Placing deposits in unauthorized area.

Placing of garbage, trash, rubbish and any article, thing or material upon any property within the city limits, except where authorized by law, is expressly prohibited and any act in violation of this section shall constitute a distinct and separate offense and be punished as such.
