§ 36-59. Appropriation; allocation and management of funds.

(a)

Potential sources of funding to be considered:

(1)

City-budgeted funds;

(2)

Individual donations;

(3)

Receiving grant monies;

(4)

Sale of tiles or plaques for recognition purposes; and

(5)

Hotel occupancy tax.

(b)

Recognition for sizable donations could be given by placing plaques in conjunction with the artwork.

(c)

Management of the art in public places fund will be administered by the city manager or his designee.
