The official land use assumptions for water and wastewater impact fees shall be those
last updated in accordance with section 38-184. Land use assumptions may be amended from time to time, or new land use assumptions
may be adopted, pursuant to procedures in subdivision IV of this division.
(b)
The official water and wastewater service areas shall be those last updated in accordance
with section 38-184. The boundaries of the water or wastewater service areas may be amended from time
to time, or new water service areas may be delineated, pursuant to the procedures
in subdivision IV of this division.
