§ 38-332. Land use assumptions and service areas.

(a)

Land use assumptions for roadway impact fees are hereby adopted as exhibit 1, which is division 4 of this article, a copy of which is on file in the city secretary's office.

(b)

There are hereby established four roadway service areas, constituting land within city boundaries, as depicted on exhibit 2 attached to the ordinance from which this article is derived and incorporated by reference as if fully set forth in this article, a copy of which is on file in the city secretary's office.

(c)

The boundaries of the roadway service areas may be amended from time to time, or new roadway service areas may be delineated, pursuant to the procedures in section 38-309.
