§ 38-430. Definitions.

City engineer. The city engineer of the City of Rockwall or the engineer's authorized representative.

Erosion control. A measure that prevents erosion.

Grading. Any stripping, cutting, filling, stockpiling or combination thereof which modifies the existing land surface contour.

Sediment control. Measures that prevent eroded sediment from leaving the site.
