§ 42-77. Applicability.

(a)

Sections 42-84, 42-85 and 42-86 apply only to a provider that constructs, operates, maintains, owns or controls facilities in the public rights-of-way.

(b)

Section 42-87, pertaining to indemnity, applies to a provider that has a property interest in a network.
