§ 44-223. Report of overflow; corrective action.

(a)

All overflows shall be reported at the time of the overflow, in writing, to the public works department along with corrective action taken.

(b)

In case of an overflow, the city sewer department will check the attached sanitary sewer line for blockage, and if blockage exists, all costs incurred by the city for corrective action shall be the responsibility of the owner/occupant.
