§ 44-354. Application for service required; who may apply; responsibility for bill.

(a)

Each consumer desiring water from the city's water supply system shall make application. The application shall contain the purpose for which the water is desired, and shall agree to the terms and conditions upon which water will be furnished and to the rules, regulations and ordinances of the city. Upon such application being filed with the city, the applicant is authorized the use of water from the city's water system for specified purposes.

(b)

No application for the use of water shall be filed by any person other than the owner, renter or duly authorized agent, and such owner, renter or authorized agent, when making application, shall be liable for the fees charged for the use of water.
