§ 44-384. Contracts with Dallas water department for use restricted.

Only private property owners adjoining the City of Dallas property along the shoreline of Lake Ray Hubbard shall be permitted to contract with the City of Dallas' water utility department for pumping water from Lake Ray Hubbard.
