§ 44-391. Property owners to maintain City of Dallas' property.

Property owners who have obtained permission to pump water from Lake Ray Hubbard will maintain the City of Dallas' property lying between their private property and the water's edge of Lake Ray Hubbard by keeping it clear of all trash and debris and keeping such property mowed and in a manner acceptable to this city.
