§ 8-22.9. Knowledge of rules implied.

By publication and adoption of the ordinance from which sections 8-22.1—8-22.12 derived, all persons shall be deemed to have knowledge of its contents. However, the airport manager is directed to have copies of the ordinance posted in paper or electronically, where appropriate. Copies shall be available at all times in the airport manager's office, and copies shall be furnished to all owners and operators of aircraft based at the airport.
