§ 6.03. Petition circulation.

(1)

All petition blanks used for circulation by the members of the petitioners committee or their designees will be numbered, dated and bear the signature of the City Secretary.

(2)

No petition may be circulated and no signatures obtained until after the affidavit is filed.
