§ 8. COMPLIANCE WITH CODE REQUIRED

All development of land within the incorporated boundaries of the City of Rockwall or its extraterritorial jurisdiction as applicable, shall conform to the requirements of the Unified Development Code, and no person may use, occupy, sell or develop land, buildings or other structures, or authorize or permit the use, occupancy, sale or development of land, buildings or other structures under his control, except in accordance with all applicable provisions of this [Unified Development] Code. Within the City of Rockwall's extraterritorial jurisdiction, no person may sell or develop land, or authorize or permit the sale or development of land, except in accordance with all applicable provisions of this [Unified Development] Code.
