§ 1.2. Applicability.

The terms and provisions of this article shall apply to all real property within the city's corporate limits that meets one of the following criteria:
1.

The establishment of a new subdivision of land.

2.

The replatting of undeveloped land for the purpose of combining and/or subdividing real property.

3.

The development of a residential tract of land that is greater than or equal to three acres.

4.

The development and/or removal of trees on a non-residential tract of land that is greater than or equal to one acre.

5.

A submission of a site plan and/or plat for the purpose of developing, subdividing or combing non-residential land.
