§ 7.7. Boring.

Boring of utilities under protected or feature trees shall be required in those circumstances where it is not possible to trench around the critical root zone of a protected or feature tree. When required, the length of the bore shall be the width of the critical root zone plus two feet on either side of the critical root zone and shall be at a minimum depth of 48 inches.
