§ 4. EFFECT ON EXISTING PERMITS, AGREEMENTS, RIGHTS, ETC.

This [Unified Development Code] is not intended to abrogate or annul:
1.

Any permits issued before the effective date of the ordinance from which this Unified Development Code is derived; or

2.
