§ 12-310. Authority of code official.

(a)

The provisions of this article shall be administered and enforced by the code official.

(b)

The code official has authority to issue a special event permit when requirements of this article have been met.

(c)

The code official shall ensure that all other licenses, permits, restrictions, regulations, safeguards or other conditions deemed necessary by individual city departments for the safe and orderly conduct of a special event are requested, submitted and approved before the permit is granted.
