§ 12-1073. Fees.

(a)

Set by city council. Food and food service establishment annual fees shall be in amounts as established from time to time by city council resolution.

(b)

Temporary permit. A permit fee of $50.00 must accompany each completed temporary food service application form. All temporary food service establishments sponsored by nonprofit agencies shall be exempt from the temporary food service permit fee charge; proper documentation of nonprofit status must be provided at the time of application.

(c)

Seasonal permit. A permit fee of $90.00 must accompany each completed seasonal food service application form. All seasonal food service establishments sponsored by nonprofit agencies shall be exempt from the seasonal food service permit fee charge; proper documentation of nonprofit status must be provided at the time of application.

(d)

Exemptions. All governmental agencies are exempt from all required fees.
