§ 12-1105. Renewal.

(a)

A holder of a food protection certification certificate shall renew his certificate every three years. Applications for renewal must be submitted within 30 days before the expiration of the current food service manager food service protection management recertification course within six months prior to submitting a renewal application.

(b)

A special certificate issued by the regulatory authority shall be subject to annual renewal.
