§ 42-21. Granting clause.

  • Subject to the restrictions set forth in this article, the city may consent to the nonexclusive right and privilege to use the public rights-of-way in the city by a provider for the operation of access lines in a telecommunications system, consisting of both telecommunications facilities and transmission media. The terms of this article shall apply throughout the city and to all operations of the provider within the city public rights-of-way, and in the public rights-of-way, and in the public rights-of-way in any newly annexed provider within the city public rights-of-way, and in the public rights-of-way in any newly annexed areas in accordance with section 42-89.
