II. - DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS

A.
The development standards in the City of Rockwall building codes shall apply to all "applicable properties" within the district as shown on the map in appendix B.
B.
All city ordinances, building codes must be followed, including the landscape ordinance, the lighting and landscape ordinances for commercial development. In addition, these guidelines will serve as reference material to ensure the approval of a certificate of appropriateness. In the event of a conflict or absent a specific directive in these guidelines, the provisions determined by the historic preservation advisory board to be historically beneficial shall control.
